Strategy Roadmap
We transform insights into a sharp, opportunity‑led strategy. This phase defines the strategic choices that will unlock growth and guide your next three years. Strategic pillars include Brand positioning, Portfolio architecture, Channel strategy, Pricing direction.
Deliverables may include a 3‑Year Strategic Growth Roadmap, channel strategy, front‑line strategy, and a 3‑Year Activity Masterplan with initiatives, commercial innovation, and capability requirements.
3. Activate
3–4 weeks
Implementation Plan
Strategy becomes action. ACTIVATE builds a disciplined, owned, and time‑bound plan that closes the gap between leadership decisions and organizational execution. Here we define specific actions, owners, timelines, resource requirements, KPI ownership & tracking. This phase is crucial to enable your teams to embed the strategy into their daily work and bring results.
You receive a complete organizational rollout plan, including Functional Work Plans, 90‑day quick wins, and resource recommendations to ensure seamless execution.
4. Enable
3–12 months
Organization & Capabilities
Whatever is the situation, to deliver new plans your people need the right capabilities, engagement, and alignment. Here the aim is to support, engage and strengthen your teams with concrete tools and targeted programs that drive towards your goals.
We partner with HR to build Organizational Capability Assessment, Key functions & front‑line engagement plan, Sales capabilities program, Education & development program (Academy). This phase ensures your people are equipped, confident, and ready to execute.
5. Execute
3–12 months
Execution Support
Execution is where impact happens and where leaders often need the most support. We provide hands‑on, modular execution assistance to fill capability gaps, manage complexity, and accelerate delivery.
Support options include: Strategic Advisory Retainer, Embedded Consulting (2–4 days/week), Interim / Fractional Leadership, Project‑Based Delivery. We stay with you when it matters most, ensuring plans turn into measurable results.
